Republicans saw this and heard exactly what you said. The manosphere ran with it and said “See? They want men to suffer in silence!”. Dems desperately need to reach young men and address the very real issues they face while their views are still being shaped but do it in a way that challenges patriarchal structures and toxic masculinity. Make it OK and even masculine for straight men to rebel against harmful and outdated gender norms.
