    No one has paid to replace it or the money to do so. I faced this challenge in bike shops with advertising media. It is risky to accept large stuff like this from brand reps. It comes down to a plan and the level of investment in the product. Looks like someone bought in and had no long term plan for the space. Looks like a business on the threshold of black to red finances.
