    Founding a company was already easy, what isn’t is dealing with all the obscure rules and complicated tax schemes that come at you when you’ve already set it up. This doesn’t seem to address that

      Depends on the country. Establishing a company in Latvia? Easy. Incorporating the same kind of company in Germany? Nightmare.

    Best if Europe keeps to having only small and mid-sized companies. Large companies are a threat to corruption and can start oligarchies.

    We also need to protect small and midsized companies from being bought out by wealthy and fascist big corpos and people, especially if they’re non-European.

    I turned this off. He immediately seems to suggest that Europe needs to copy the American oligarchic way. Screw that. We should not be importing more wealth inequality.
