Money doesn’t translate to military power. You need research, innovation and industry to turn money into firepower and Europe’s aging population lacks that.

Moreover we all know how Europe got rich, and that is by looting wealth from Europe’s colonies. Just like America stole 1 ton of gold from Venezuela 2 days ago.
