This won’t happen. It’s a deeply unpopular policy and the German Institute for Economics just told them in a friendly town to kill the idea before they choke on it. It was just a dumb suggestion with little bearing in reality

This is the kind of petty logic you’d expect from a schoolchild.
It also reveals something chilling about his power-oriented world view: In Trump’s mind, there is no such thing as an ‘independent committee’ that the Norwegian government might defer to regarding who gets the nobel peace price. He presumes that of course any government could seize the authority to influence who gets the price, so the Norwegian government’s obvious decision not to intervene in Trump’s favour is implicitly seen as a decision against Trump. In Trump’s mind, there are no rules and there is no such thing as a pluralistic society that practices self-restraint and shares power.

Messing with national elections.
Giving campaign speeches for far right nationalist parties. Supporting Le Pen in France, AfD in Germany, etc.
Pouring money into ad campaigns and propaganda on social media, either overtly or covertly.
Boycotting EU institutions while offering too-good-to-be-true bilateral deals to individual EU member states which can again be used as an electoral platform for populists.

These were all people’s private boxes with personal savings, valuables, legal documents etc… The insurance sum is decent (10000-something € I read somewhere) but won’t cover the value of the contents for many.
The bank they hit was a middle-class savings bank and these were the life savings of ordinary people; Probably not the poorest of the poor, but still just average people.

True, but banning them altogether seems like the wrong and a somewhat backwards lesson to take from that

Yes but banning them is not the solution. E.g. in Frankfurt, Germany, we just have parking zones in the city center, usually by train stations. You cannot start or end a ride from anywhere else inside the city center. This has much improved the degree of chaos created.
Halleluja

Well you won’t need to wait long. The game already has 7600 reviews on Steam

Germany: Risk of (nuclear) war, reversion to digital quasi-feudal economic structures, far-right politics, etc.

Is the text of the most recent draft which is to be voted on in October available somewhere?

700 explosions this year with the strength of a grenade?! That’s insane
Not only the EC! Look at the talks from the last Matrix conference; France uses a Matrix-based messenger as the default messenger for its public service (Tchap), Element is included in the German OpenDeks suit and the Bundeswehr’s bwMessenger and the TI-Messenger also use Matrix. Its also used in Sweden, and as far as I know a bunch of other counties are testing Matrix for public sector communications, too (Belgium, Romania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, UK, etc.)
