Loot boxes should be banned and in game currency needs to be banned as well. I’m so tired of this just accepted practice of scamming people out of money with shitty in game currency prices.

Then we should be paying for this like it’s a 2003 game. Two bucks.

They have been pushing this slop so hard, they obviously want people to go back to associating the name to the video game and wipe all memories of that abysmal film. They also only gave review copies to simp-y publications so day 1 reviews would be high.

I’ll never understand people who do nonsense like this.

Very suspicious that review copies weren’t given to publications that are much harder in their reviews.

I tried to get into it a few times but when you’ve played a couple thousand of hours of the Souls series, it came off a cheap imitation.

I bounced off the new one right away. It sounded fun on paper but the big lantern mechanic was over sold and not fun.

It seemed more like “we own this name and it’s pretty edgy and marketable” to me. The first one existing (and being complete and utter shit) probably didn’t matter to anyone on the publishing side.
