Good. I mean, it sucks for the devs, since they suffer first, but the trajectory of the industry needs changed. And conditions are only gonna get worse and worse for devs if nothing changes, if they get to keep their jobs at all.

1·2 years agoYeah, the SSN system is the stupidest freaking thing ever for all the crap we use it for. but trying to implement a better system is met with cries of “GOVERNMENT OVERREACH, COMMUNISTS! OH GOD IN HEAVEN, MUH RIGHTS!!!1!”. So…we haven’t really done anything about it, and probably won’t in my lifetime.
Well fuck, I don’t like Netanyahu at all. I guess that makes me a literal Nazi… I dunno man, I feel like I would make a pretty shit Nazi, I just don’t really hate Jewish people. Only Netanyahu. But it is what it is, I guess.
