I swear, the people behind that show really put love and care into it and it shows. The casting and art direction was superb, and finding Rockapella put it over the top.

Pathetic.

It looks like a font substitution issue. You don’t have the type face installed that was originally used to create this PDF. And the font was not embedded in the PDF. So whatever you’re using to view, the PDF is utilizing something like Aerial or Helvetica as a stand in sans serif type face but retaining the kerning/layout used for the original font.

Hopefully a lot of those data centers can be repurposed for cloud data and web hosting.

I think the only controversy is that this series spends too big a chunk on “silly” episodes like this. Puppets. Singing/dancing. Holodeck spoofs.

This would be fine if it were a 23 episode season. It’s 10.

Retailmenot is worthless. It was bought out at some point and all that is posted now is links to the % off offers you see in pop ups when you go directly to the retailer’s website.

What would Archer be up to thirty or forty years after Enterprise, I wonder?

This show is hitting all the wrong notes for me. I don’t want to see Kirk’s early adventures — I want to see Pike and his crew. I especially don’t want to see Kirk portrayed by someone who looks and acts nothing like Kirk.

Don’t know what the prices are in Norway, but a Hyundai Ionic 5 and Kia EV 6 have a similar range and price in the US. The Equinox is substantially cheaper at $35k with a 319 mi range. Only 10 mile shorter range than the base Model Y.

World War Z would make a great anthology series. We’ll probably just get another Brad Pitt movie that has nothing to do with the book instead.

Ok, I’ll bite. From the trailer, it just looks like another season of Discovery. Same look and feel, same era, many of the same cast members. And since I didn’t care for Discovery, I doubt I will care for this either.

I really wish SkyDance would bring in a new showrunner after this round of Star Trek programs is over.

Not really “exclusive”. This news is all over the Internet today. I don’t know why news outlets do this. No one cares if it’s “exclusive” or not.

Shaw was a great character, so of course they killed him off.

So glad they pivoted to making a movie instead. The budget was much larger and the art direction immensely helped the franchise going forward. Phase II sets and costumes looked like a cheap cosplay remake of TOS.

Enterprise is good, it has aged well. Don’t skip it, just skip the intro song.
