I know for example speakers of: French, Polish, Hungarian, Russian, Italian, etc. don’t have “Th” in their phonology. So does that make it difficult for native speakers of those languages to pronounce? How is it transliterated if it is non existent in their alphabet?

Now that I think of it, most non-native speakers on my experience can manage that sound. Those who can’t substitute /d/ like native speakers whose dialect doesn’t include it.
