There isnt even a need to invent things. She already is as corrupt and disgusting as it gets.
She was already a joke in German politics. Everybody in Germany breathed a sigh of relief when she left. She was being clearly groomed as a candidate for cancellor but screwed it up by being too corrupt even for the deeply corrupt CDU.
She can still do damage as long she is in politcal position power grinding.
Well, one could point to multiple instances of nepotism and corruption, but I guess lamenting the fact that she successfully studied medicine is also a valid option? /s
