While I agree with the message, I find these “person with a sign” images to be strange
It’s because they look like every scam advert at the bottom on a news article and say things like “Don’t get solar panels in <your location> untill you read this!”
I think a lot of people want vehicles without drivers. Humans are terrible drivers, and are also super creepy.

Those are all people that are paid to interact with you, and likely wouldn’t if they weren’t on the clock.
And those people have a job…
Are those jobs they actually want or are those jobs they have to work because they need a job, any job? To me low-level service positions vanishing being a problem seems more like a systemic issue than a problem with AI (the examples given aren’t even particularly AI heavy), and if we could move away from people being effectively forced to work jobs they don’t like working I’d be all for it.
