Well by sheer body count, nothing matches WWII. This is even if you don’t include the second Sino-Japanese War as part of it. (If you do, that boosts WWII’s score by a further 15-20%.)
But my personal “favourite” is the Paraguay war. It “only” has a body count of about half a million, but that covers about 50-70% of its total population.
Pause for a second and think of that. At least half of your population gone in six years.
If you think nothing is “more damage than Vietnam” I respectfully suggest that you should learn more about non-Vietnam.
